A LA CLAUDIA

I am a wife, mother, teacher and a home chef.  I love to create dishes that taste amazing and are unforgettable.  This site was created after a conversation with my husband Nelson, while driving in Iceland.  During a lull in the conversation I blurted out that I wanted to start a food blog of some sorts.  Nelson being an enthusiastic foodie himself started naming dishes I could include.  The only thing I knew at that time is that I wanted the site to be called A LA CLAUDIA.  I am not saying that all my recipes are original; I do need a foundation to build from.  Every dish I do create has my own spin on it therefore, A LA CLAUDIA.
